By accessing or using Walvee ("Platform"), operated by Walvee Consultoria e Tecnologia Ltda (CNPJ 45.622.630/0001-36), headquartered at Rodovia José Carlos Daux, 4120, Sala 05, Centro de Inovação ACATE Primavera, Saco Grande, Florianópolis, SC, Brazil, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

Walvee is an AI-powered travel planning platform that enables users to create personalized travel itineraries through an AI Concierge, discover destinations, compare hotels and flights, organize multi-city trips, and share travel experiences with other users. The Platform uses artificial intelligence (AI) models to generate recommendations, itineraries, and travel suggestions.

3.1. Access to certain features of the Platform requires authentication via Google Sign-In. By authenticating, you authorize Walvee to access your basic Google profile information (name, email address, and profile photo).

3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account.

3.3. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Platform.

3.4. Walvee does not store your Google password. Authentication is handled entirely through Google's OAuth 2.0 protocol.

5.1. Users retain ownership of all content they create and upload to the Platform, including trip itineraries, reviews, and photographs.

5.2. By publishing content on Walvee, you grant the Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Platform and its associated marketing channels.

5.3. The "Steal a Trip" feature allows other users to copy and customize your published itineraries. By making a trip public, you consent to this feature. Original authorship is always attributed.

5.4. All Walvee branding, design, software, and proprietary technology remain the exclusive property of Walvee Consultoria e Tecnologia Ltda.

6.1. The Platform integrates with third-party services including Google Maps, hotel booking engines, and flight aggregators. Walvee does not control these services and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or terms.

6.2. Hotel and flight information displayed on the Platform is sourced from third parties and may not reflect real-time availability or pricing.

6.3. When you click on external booking links, you are redirected to third-party websites. Any transactions you complete on those websites are governed by their own terms and conditions.

Users agree not to:

• use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or Platform systems
• distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
• scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform without authorization
• impersonate other users or entities
• use the Platform to harass, threaten, or discriminate against others

8.1. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

8.2. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Walvee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

8.3. Walvee's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Walvee, if any, during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Walvee reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Florianópolis, Santa Catarina, Brazil, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require a different jurisdiction.
